When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late on the 6th.
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid online through your Resident Portal via bank account, credit card, or debit card.
What deposits are required?
Our security deposit varies depending on credit results, ranging from a $200 standard deposit up to one month’s rent.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for (1) water/sewer usage based on individual meter readings for each unit; (2) electricity through your JEA account; (3) trash services that are billed with the rent each month at $23.00 per month.
Who is my cable/internet provider?
Comcast & Xfinity
Are we required to have renter’s insurance?
Yes, we do require renter’s liability insurance coverage.
What the schools in this school district?
Atlantic Coast High School and Twin Lakes Middle & Elementary
Is there a school bus stop?
The school bus picks up & drops off directly in front of the community.
What is the pet policy?
We allow dogs and cats with a one-time registration fee of $400 (for one pet—an additional $150 is required for a second pet) and a monthly pet rent of $15. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
What are your restricted pet breeds? Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all mixes of the above breeds.
Do the apartments come with washer/dryers?
Full-size washer and dryer are included in every unit.
How do we take out the trash?
Trash is disposed of at our trash compactor and recycling area (glass, plastic and aluminum only for recyclables).
Is there a designated place to dispose unwanted furniture?
We do not allow for bulk item disposals.
Where can I donate old clothes I no longer need?
We are right next to a thrift store, Alpha-Omega, that accepts all donations! They, along with other donation services, can also do a pick up if needed.
How do I get into the 24 hr. fitness center?
Our fitness center is accessible using your amenity card, given to each resident at move-in or by using the 4-digit code that will also be given at move-in.
Who do I call if there is a maintenance emergency in my apartment home after hours?
You may contact the office phone number, (904) 642-2282, and follow the voice prompts to contact our 24/7 emergency maintenance line and receive assistance after-hours.
Is parking first-come, first-serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
