FAQ

What is your pet policy?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late on the 6th.Here at The Riley, we love our furry friends! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment, and we have a monthly pet rent of $30/pet. We also charge a pet fee of $300 for 1 pet or $500 for 2 pets. We also ask that you please pick up after your pet and that you keep them on a leash when they are outside. Thank you for considering us as your new home!

Can I have shelves, curtains, posters, etc.?

When personalizing your new home, the sky’s the limit! You can add all sorts of finishing touches to make it feel like your own. However, we ask that you please spackle any holes in the walls before you move out. This will help us to prepare the unit for the next resident. Other than that, feel free to add shelves, curtains, posters, and anything else that will make you feel at home. We want you to enjoy your time here at The Riley!

Can I paint my walls?

You might be wondering if you're allowed to paint the walls in your apartment. The answer is that you can, but you will have to repaint them back to the original color when you move out. Painting the walls is a great way to personalize your space and make it feel like home, but it's important to remember that you'll need to put in a little extra work when it's time to move out. So go ahead and add a splash of color to your walls - just be sure to keep some extra paint on hand for when it's time to move out.
